Q. What is the supplier program?
A. The condoEngine supplier program is designed to connect to your live database of inventory and make that inventory available to the condoEngine affiliate network. The network is searched hundreds of thousands of times per month by travel club staff and members. If you'd like to make your inventory available online, there's a supplier program for you.
Q. Can I make a reservation through condoEngine?
A. If you are a consumer, you will not be able to make a reservation through condoEngine. condoEngine is strictly a business-to-business service provider. If you are the member of a travel club that is not a condoEngine affiliate, talk to your travel club's administrators and let them know that they're missing out on the best selection of vacations available.
Q. What sort of database of inventory will I need?
A. Ideally, your inventory database is in a web-accessible database. The condoEngine design team can work with a wide variety of database backbones, but it will need to be open to access through the internet.
Q. I don't have a web accessible database?
A. We can help you with that, too. condoEngine's web application can serve as a GDS system for your inventory -- with a little setup and training, you'll be able to manage your inventory through the condoEngine web site.
Q. I have some inventory that is available only to special customers. Can I control who sees what inventory?
A. You have the ability to designate how much of the inventory is available to certain customers -- essentially setting up a direct connection between inventory and specified customers.
